The Society has a professional wing and Full Members may apply for the status of Certified Statistician (CStat). A good university degree, or equivalent, in statistics, or the Graduate Diploma of the Society, together with at least five years?experience in a statistical job, will be required. Anyone with the necessary academic qualification for CStat, but less than five years?experience, may apply for the status of Graduate Statistician (GradStat). Professional members (CStat, GradStat) of the Society are members with full voting rights in elections for the Council and Committee members. A table of all subscription rates and relevant membership application forms are available in this site. The attention of professional members is drawn to the Society’s Code of Conduct.
